AI Interviews
for enterprise hiring

Reppls is a highly customisable AI interview platform that assesses candidates according to your company's standards and requirements.

Why Reppls is different

Proprietary interview engine

Built specifically for recruitment. Interviews are live and adaptive: the AI asks follow-up questions based on each answer.

Scoring against your skill matrix

No generic interviews: questions and scoring follow your company's skill matrix, standards, and grade system, so one bar holds across candidates, teams, and regions.

Adapts to your processes

The platform is built to fit your hiring process, not replace it: your stages, your criteria, your decision points.

Interview types

Each interview ends in a scored report with transcript evidence.

1. AI Screening Interview

First-round screening for tech and non-tech roles. A voluntary interview during the application lets candidates who want to stand out tell more than a CV shows. Questions are custom for each interview, built from the gaps between the CV and the job requirements to close exactly those gaps. You get a structured profile for everyone who opts in, comparable side by side.

  • Candidates love the experience (4.3 of 5 average score)
  • 19 languages supported
  • Every role, junior to manager

Client experience

Recrucial uses screening to give every candidate a chance to tell about themselves before a recruiter has even opened the application. Afterwards a human watches the recording, gives feedback, and decides. The recruiter stays in the loop, they just don’t have to be on the call.

Technical Assessment video

2. Technical Assessment

For technical roles: an interview on 2-3 topics to assess hard skills, with follow-up questions probing depth. You get per-skill scores with transcript evidence, without an engineer on the call.

  • Your own or auto-generated questions
  • Follow-ups probe real depth, not memorized answers
  • Per-skill scores, full transcripts

Client experience

MissionHire ran tech assessments for a client: the client's technical lead provided topics and questions, the agency ran the interviews with candidates, and the lead watched the results and decided who moved to the next round.

3. Skill-Matrix Assessment

For technical roles. A deep evaluation based on your company's skill matrix: the bot covers every competency it defines and returns results graded to that same matrix.

  • Real-time question adjustment to candidate performance
  • Scoring in your company's grade system
  • Possibility to include a human expert to review results

Client experience

Instinctools already had a matrix for each department, their own bar for that discipline. We adapted those matrices so the AI follows them on the call: the assessment runs to their company standards, and the report comes back in their own junior / mid / senior / chief gradation: Level 0 (Trainee), Level 1 (S1), Level 2 (S1+), Level 3 (S2), Level 4 (S2+), Level 5 (S3), Level 6 (S3+), Level 7 (SS1), Level 8 (SS1+), Level 9 (SS2), Level 10 (LS). Through MCP they also work with that material from Claude: a position, statistics, several candidates, everything across the role, against the same data.

Sales Negotiation Simulation video

4. Sales Negotiation Simulation

For sales roles from SDR to account executive: the bot plays the buyer in a deal scenario adapted to your product and market. You get a scored report on discovery, objection handling, and closing, with quotes from the conversation.

  • Realistic buyer personas and objections
  • Scores discovery, objection handling, closing
  • Shareable recordings and reports

I just finished an AI interview with Reppls. It was clear, well structured, and felt more natural than I expected.

I was talking to a face, not a black screen, which is a minor but meaningful difference from other systems I have faced so far, and that changed more than I expected. It felt calmer and more human.

I recently had the experience of being interviewed by an AI tool that acted as a recruiter in a screening call, asking a mixture of standard and behavioral questions. Wonderful experience.

Talking to an AI instead of a person at first threw me off, but the experience turned out to be surprisingly smooth. The platform kept things structured without feeling rigid, and I walked away thinking that was way better than I expected.

I had my first AI interview for the position of HRBP via Reppls. It was interesting and a bit unusual because I was used to eye contact. But in general, it was good.
