Introduction

We are a professional networking platform. People use our Services to find and be found for business opportunities, connect with others, and access information. Our Privacy Policy applies to any Member or Visitor to our Services.

  • Members: Registered users who share their professional identities, engage with their network, exchange knowledge and insights, post and view relevant content, learn new skills, and find business and career opportunities.
  • Visitors: Unregistered users who view content available on our Services.

  • Registration: To create an account, you need to provide data including your name, email address and/or mobile number, general location, and a password. If you register for a premium Service, you will need to provide payment and billing information.

Providing this information is optional, but it helps you get more from our Services, including helping recruiters and business opportunities find you.

  • Content and News: You and others may post content that includes information about you on our Services.
  • Partners: We receive personal data about you when you use the services of our customers and partners, such as employers or prospective employers and applicant tracking systems providing us job application data.

We log usage data when you visit or use our Services, including sites, app, and platform technology, such as when you view or click on content or ads, perform a search, share CV, or apply for jobs. 1.5 Your Device and Location

When you visit or leave our Services, we receive the URL of both the site you came from and the one you go to. If you use our Services from a mobile device, that device will send us data about your location based on your phone settings. 2.2 Premium Services

Our premium Services help paying users search for and contact Members through our Services. Customers can export limited information from your profile.

2.3 Communications

We contact you and enable communications between Members. We offer settings to control what messages you receive and how often you receive certain types of messages.

2.4 Marketing

We promote our Services to you and others. We use Members' data for invitations and communications promoting membership and network growth, engagement, and our Services.

2.5 Developing Services and Research

  • Service Development: We use data to conduct research and development to provide you with a better experience.
  • Surveys: Polls and surveys are conducted by us through our Services. Participation is voluntary.

2.6 Customer Support

We use data to investigate, respond to, and resolve complaints and Service issues.

3.1 Our Services

Any data you include on your profile and any content you post or social action you take on our Services will be seen by others, consistent with your settings.

3.2 Others' Services

You may link your account with others' services so they can look up your contacts' profiles or post your shares on such platforms. Excerpts from your profile may also appear on the services of others.

3.3 Related Services

We share your data across our different Services and Reppls-affiliated entities to provide and develop our Services.

3.4 Service Providers

We may use others to help us provide our Services. They will have access to your information as reasonably necessary to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.

3.5 Legal Disclosures

We may need to share your data when we believe it's required by law or to help protect the rights and safety of you, us, or others.

3.6 Change in Control or Sale

4.3 Account Closure

If you choose to close your Reppls account, your personal data will generally stop being visible to others on our Services within 24 hours. We retain your personal data even after you have closed your account if reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, or prevent fraud and abuse.

5.1 Security

We implement security safeguards designed to protect your data, such as HTTPS. We regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you send us.

5.2 Cross-Border Data Transfers

We transfer, process, and store your information outside of your country of residence, to wherever we or our service providers operate. We take steps to protect your data, including using standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
