Recrucial is a recruitment agency with 15+ years of experience, specializing in technology and CRM roles. The client needed a Salesforce Consultant / Business Analyst – someone who could bridge the gap between business and technical teams.

The project was in pre-launch phase, with several delays and missed hiring attempts. The challenge was to find and onboard the right person fast – without compromising on quality.

The Role & Key Requirements

A hybrid Salesforce Consultant + Business Analyst profile combining business acumen and hands-on configuration skills.

Core requirements:

  • 4+ years relevant Salesforce experience
  • Proficient in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
  • 4+ years in BRD/FSD, user requirements, data flows, backlog management, SIT/UAT, change/coaching, impact analysis
  • Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, Miro, UML/BPMN
  • AP/solutions architecture

Nice-to-have: Salesforce BA/Sales/Service Consultant certifications, SQL, experience in manufacturing/healthcare/pharma, German B1+.

Hiring Timeline

Wave 1 (Dec-Jan): 8 profiles presented → no hire.
