Service Commitments
Reppls commits to the following first response times based on the priority level of the service request:
- Critical (System Down): First response within 1 hour Business Hours.
- High (Significant Impact): First response within 2 hours during Business Hours.
- Medium (Moderate Impact): First response within 4 hours during Business Hours.
- Low (Minimal Impact): First response within 8 hours during Business Hours.
