Service Commitments

Reppls commits to the following first response times based on the priority level of the service request:

  • Critical (System Down): First response within 1 hour Business Hours.
  • High (Significant Impact): First response within 2 hours during Business Hours.
  • Medium (Moderate Impact): First response within 4 hours during Business Hours.
  • Low (Minimal Impact): First response within 8 hours during Business Hours.
